Trifill
- Multipurpose Pipette Reservoirs
The Trifill is
an innovative pipetting reservoir. Its reversible design incorporates 3
types of reagent boat in one low cost, semi-disposable, unit. This 3-in-1
product combines:
•
A graduated
single reagent reservoir with a useful maximum volume of 50ml.
Graduations are marked at 10, 25, 40 and 50ml.
•
A
pipetting reservoir with 8, separate, 5ml reagent channels
•
A
pipetting reservoir with 12, separate, 5ml reagent channels
•
Individual
compartments of the multi-channel reservoirs; numbered for reagent
identity
Trifill is
manufactured in chemically resistant polypropylene and can be cleaned or
steam sterilised if required. It is suitable for use with all brands of
multi-channel pipettor and is ideal for use when filling multi-tube
blocks or microwell plates.
Trifill
pipette reservoirs are individually wrapped in packs of 10.

Racks with Lid and
Pipetting Reservoir Option
A range of 96
place (8x12) racks, which accept individual 0.2ml PCR tubes in 8 or 12
strips or a 96 matrix plate.
The racks have alphanumerics for sample identification, and are supplied
with an innovative sliding lid for added security and stacking.
Each rack has a label/tag holder and connect feature for attaching
multi-channel pipette reservoirs, see opposite.
Two versions
of the PCR rack are available:
1. With
conical cavity which profiles 0.2ml tubes. This is available in a choice
of clear or blue polystyrene as well as polypropylene
2. 96 matrix
holes which are better suited to 96 well format injection molded PCR
plates that may vary slightly between manufacturers. This format is only
manufactured in polystyrene.
